Processing Times

• "Reading to Ship" items: 1-2 days
• Custom tumblers: 1-2 weeks before shipping (custom pretty things take time!)

Shipping Area

• We currently ship within the U.S. only

Tracking

• Tracking info will be emailed when your order ships

Lost/Delayed Packages

• Once your package is with the carrier, it is out of our hands - but we'll help guide you on next steps if needed.
