We want you to love your order, but here's how we handle returns to keep everything fair and simple:

Returns Accepted - "Ready-to-Ship" Tumblers Only

• Return window: 7 days from delivery
• Must be unused
• Customer pays return shipping unless item arrived damaged

Custom Orders Are Final Sale
This includes any made to order item.  Because these are created just for you, we can't accept returns on custom work.

Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged:

• Email us within 24 hours
• Include clear photos of the item + packaging

We'll work with you to make it right.
